Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston is seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage the complete sales cycle for fire alarm solutions, from uncovering opportunities to closing deals and ensuring post-sale service delivery.

You will build proposals, present design solutions, and coordinate technical consultations with customers and end-users, while pursuing new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communication, or related subject.
• 5+ years of experience in fire alarm sales and/or service.
• NICET Level I Certification in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler or Special Hazards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from uncovering opportunity to closing opportunities and ongoing service delivery.
• Pursue opportunities with existing and new prospective customers to build business.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations for inspections, service, and upgrades.
• Coordinate and present technical consultations to customers and end-users.
• Prepare sales campaigns to promote product lines in targeted markets; maintain sales activity and forecast reports.
