Job summary

CertaSite, LLC is hiring an entry-level Route Sales & Service Apprentice Technician in Michigan. You will learn to inspect, test, service, and repair fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lights, and general life safety products while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Ability to understand and operate basic computer functions and software.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to inspect, test, service, and repair fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lights, and life safety products.
• Troubleshoot and perform service and repair of life safety products.
• Train on how to record and document inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and relay information to colleagues for follow-up.
