Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledgeable of local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes and regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects with financial impact of $100K–$2.5M.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate needs with the project team.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide subcontractors and assist with contracting as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements; ensure compliant project execution.
