Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track project schedules and staffing across multiple small-to-medium projects.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and contracting activities.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to confirm project intent.
• Support continuous improvement and client relationship building on projects.
