Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledgeable of NFPA codes and regulations.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and eligibility for Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and schedule for multiple small-to-medium projects.
• Oversee billing, cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate subcontractors and procurement of materials.
• Review plans, drawings, and specs to set project intent.
• Maintain project documentation and change-order tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
