Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• NICET II+ certification in Fire Alarm preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with project budgeting and billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple sub-projects with budgets from $250K to $7M.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and billing with the customer.
• Lead technical or administrative staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop close client relationships and pursue change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and commissioning activities.
