Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our fire business unit. You will manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring on-time execution and budget adherence across sites.

The role requires experience in fire alarm and security installations, NFPA standards knowledge, and regular travel to customer sites. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the fire protection industry, project management.
• 10+ years experience installing and managing fire alarm, security installations.
• Experience in managing fire alarm installations, designing fire alarm systems and creating submittal packages.
• Experience with FA products such as FCI, Notifier, Firelite, Gamewell, etc. Good communications skills written and verbal
• Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards
• This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects
• Responsible for project execution and successful completion
• Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule
• Communicate to operations manager all project status
• Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates
