Job summary

The role involves coordinating with engineers and architects on high-profile projects nationwide, requiring strong organization and collaboration using MS Office, PowerBI and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a technical/consulting firm.
• 3–5 years of post-education project management experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in planning, cost/schedule management and KPI analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam and Adobe software applications.

Responsibilities

• Observe project setup and convert opportunities to billable jobs with internal teams.
• Manage engineering teams across multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, schedules, tasks and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain regular client communication on status and schedules; coordinate actions.
• Track project financials and prepare summary reports for forecasting and invoicing.
• Coordinate QA/QC for deliverables and final client submissions.
• Prepare resource plans aligned with project plans and staff utilization.
• Establish clear communication rhythms to update staff on performance.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals and proper filing of documents.
