WSP is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager in the Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Specialty Service group for our Houston, TX office. Other locations considered include Arlington, VA, Columbia, MD, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, and Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical/consulting field.
• 3–5 years of post-education project management experience in a related industry.
• Experience in planning, cost and schedule management with KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, Adobe software, and PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects in internal systems and convert opportunities to billable jobs.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, schedules and task tracking.
• Communicate with clients on status and schedules; coordinate client actions.
• Track metrics for forecasting and invoicing; support QA/QC of deliverables.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals, ensuring documentation is filed.
