Job summary

Viking Fire Protection Group is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive inspections revenue in the Mobile, AL area. You will expand the inspections client base, close deals, and strengthen relationships within existing and new accounts.

Responsibilities include prospecting, site surveys, proposing NFPA-based inspection solutions, and contributing to pricing while maintaining a robust pipeline and meeting sales targets. A commission plan complements the base salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales/Account Manager experience preferred.
• Sales experience in fire and life safety or building services is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to present to managers, customers, AHJs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with qualified buyers of inspection services by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
• Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing findings with customer personnel.
• Prepare and present proposals that address life safety needs, focusing on NFPA-based inspections.
• Contribute to the pricing approach of inspection accounts.
• Maintain and report on the sales business plan and attend monthly sales calls.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline for the territory.
