Kitchen Guard is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Consultant to lead outside sales, expand the customer base, and deliver tailored safety solutions in the Greater Seattle area. You will conduct onsite inspections, develop strategic proposals, and coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, presenting curated solutions, and driving growth in a dynamic, safety-focused business.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fire and life safety or the restaurant industry.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Flexible, adaptable, and effective working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans with leadership and marketing.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Manage leads from corporate inquiries, legacy accounts, and cold outreach.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the defined market.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
