Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking security personnel for client-site duties in New York. The role observes and reports on activities, performs site tours, and enforces site regulations to protect people and property.

Work involves standing for much of the shift; schedule is Mon-Fri 1500-2300, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Required licenses include a T-89/FDNY Fire Life Safety Director and NYS Security Guard license; a related associate or higher degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid T-89 or FDNY Fire Life Safety Director License.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License; hotel FLSD experience preferred.
• Associate or higher degree in fire/security field; preferred not required.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Multiple tours of the facility during your shift.
• Operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Assist residents/customers with access control issues.
• Tour the entire facility multiple times per shift.
