Center Management Group in New York is seeking a Fire Life Safety Director for The Esplande. The role focuses on monitoring fire alarm/elevator systems, coordinating with FDNY/NYPD during emergencies, and maintaining daily safety operations.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, conducting safety inspections, state drill planning, and supervising access control. The position supports 24/7 operations with schedule flexibility to cover emergencies and non-standard hours.

Formación

• Monitoring and operation of the fire alarm and elevator system panels.
• Primary contact for First Responders (FDNY/NYPD) for emergencies.
• Coordinate with property management, security and engineering staff.
• Evaluate incidents and take appropriate action.
• Make clear and articulate public-address announcements when required.
• Perform facility safety inspections and monthly fire/extinguisher tests.
• Plan fire drills per code and update ward/brigade teams.
• Assist with access control monitoring including turnstiles and cameras.
• Screen visitors and issue passes to authorized individuals.
• Prepare incident reports and escalate serious issues per protocol.
• Assist with Security Officer coverage as required.

Responsabilidades
