Qualifications

• Must have NY F85 or F89 Certificate of Fitness.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background and post-offer drug/alcohol test; maintain license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire life safety program and command station.
• Act as liaison to NYC Fire Department during emergencies.
• Ensure life safety systems and equipment are functional.
• Conduct fire drills and maintain logs of critiques.
• Supervise Fire Wardens, Deputy Wardens and evacuation team.
• Provide professional customer service to visitors and staff.
