Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting and maintaining fire extinguishers per industry standards.
• Ability to install brackets and signage and to service related safety equipment.
• Comfortable providing on-site training to customers and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect extinguishers for compliance with codes and standards.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble extinguishers for maintenance.
• Inspect and replace parts such as valves, hoses, and seals as needed.
• Recharge extinguishers and pressurize to recommended levels.
• Install brackets and signage for proper mounting and visibility.
• Provide on-site training on extinguisher use and safety.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of service activities in the ServiceTrade system.
• Assist with inventory of extinguishers and components.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators to optimize routes and schedules.
