Job summary

SERVPRO in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Fire & Contents Division Manager to lead our Fire & Contents operation. You will oversee project managers, manage division performance, and drive safety and process improvements to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has proven management experience in restoration or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance staffing, costs, and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage people, priorities, financial performance, and changing operational demands.
• Restoration, fire, contents, cleaning, or construction experience preferred.
• IICRC/restoration certifications preferred but may be obtained after hire for the right experienced manager.
• Comfort learning industry systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers and Fire & Contents operations.
• Maintain visibility into active jobs and ensure work progresses efficiently.
• Manage division performance, staffing, quality, customer escalations, and operational priorities.
• Oversee contents operations, warehouse organization, Esporta textile cleaning, vendors, equipment, and vehicles.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, labor, overtime, costs, WIP, and other performance measures.
• Coach and develop managers and build accountability throughout the team.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Identify problems, improve processes, and help grow the division.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Evenings/weekends may be required based on business needs.
