Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manager - Engineering Services to lead a team of six engineers and designers, delivering contract documents for building systems across Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC.

The role focuses on CAD-based drafting, production-ready drawings, and coaching staff to ensure compliant, high-quality designs aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience interpreting engineering/architectural drawings and blueprints.
• 7 years of Fire Sprinkler design experience preferred.
• NICET Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an office of multi-discipline engineers and designers that provide contract documents for building systems including Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Directs the drafting of designs using CAD software to create drawings and designs.
• Drives collaborations with the design team to review drawings and designs.
• Directs design compliance with company regulations and quality standards.
