Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer with 2+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design, construction drafting, or related fields. The role involves conducting field surveys, preparing design drawings, coordinating with contractors, generating material lists, and assembling permit and submittal packages.

The candidate will create and modify AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with trades, and prepare submittals while supporting sales and field teams throughout project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler design, CAD drafting, or related experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site surveys of existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
• Create and modify design drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Coordinate project requirements with contractors, customers, and other trades.
• Generate fabrication drawings and material lists.
• Prepare submittal packages and permit documentation.
• Work closely with sales staff and field technicians throughout project execution.
