Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and administers the department's computer/networking system and related equipment.
• Designs, implements, and maintains department telephone switches and network servers; oversees voice, data and video networks.
• Responds to inquiries and emergency alarms concerning system operations and corrects program errors.
• Maintains records management system, evaluates existing systems, and compiles data for reports and training.
