Job summary

ServiceMASTER in LaGrange, Georgia is seeking a Fire Cleaning Technician to perform cleaning and content packout related to fire, water, or storm damage. You will conduct structure cleaning, move and store content, and help ensure quick restoration.

The role requires ability to follow instructions, good communication, attention to detail, and may involve supervising temporary workers. Training is provided, with health insurance, paid time off, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, walls and glass, and removing rubbish in residential or commercial settings.
• Perform structure cleaning duties in locations damaged by fire, water, or storms.
• Pack, clean, deodorize content items damaged by fire, water, or storms.
• Move content items to onsite storage for cleaning or disposal.
• Move items from the job site to a branch location for cleaning or disposal.
• Inventory and track content items removed for cleaning or disposal.
• Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Supervise temporary workers performing cleaning duties.

DUTIES

• Perform general cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning walls and glass, removing rubbish in a residential or commercial setting.
• Perform structure cleaning duties in a residential or commercial location that has experienced damage from a fire, water damage or storm damage.
• Packing, cleaning, deodorizing of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm.
• Moving of content items that have sustained damage in a fire, water damage or storm into onsite storage units.
• Moving of content items from the job site to a branch location for cleaning or disposal.
• Inventory and track content items that have been removed from a customer's location for cleaning or disposal.
• Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Supervise temporary workers performing cleaning duties.
