Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services in the Greater Atlanta Area is hiring Entry Level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required; we provide paid training and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management positions.

You will assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration, perform cleanup, and support experienced crews on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings
• Follow company safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required
• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects

Physical Requirements
