Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a PSA Service Sales Rep - Fire to grow planned service agreements for commercial buildings. You will identify customer needs, position service solutions, and convert opportunities into recurring business that supports long-term value.

In this role, you will own your pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and work with operations and internal partners. Salesforce is used to track activity and reporting, with a focus on achieving sales plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or service agreement sales in a commercial environment.
• Ability to sell technical or facility-related solutions with clear understanding of customer needs.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems or related services is a plus.
• Ability to conduct building surveys, prepare estimates, and support proposal development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage a proposal backlog and sales reports.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
