Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid LEA license or equivalent where applicable.
• NICET Level I–III in Fire Alarm Systems preferred (II+ strongly preferred).
• Ability to read fire alarm drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and troubleshoot fire alarm panels and associated devices.
• Service and maintain VESDA and other aspirating smoke detection systems.
• Diagnose system issues and perform repairs or elevate when needed.
• Document all work performed, including inspection reports, deficiencies, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to review findings, next steps, and repair solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to support scheduled PMs, emergency service calls, and project work.
