Job summary

Eagle Fire Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, program, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fire detection systems across the Southeast. The role requires strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent service for customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of fire alarm experience, and NICET II (or able to obtain within 18 months). Valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of fire alarm or fire protection systems experience preferred.
• NICET Level II certification preferred; ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Working knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Experience installing, programming, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fire detection and signaling systems.
• Complete documentation for company records, customers, authorities, and other parties.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with customers as required.
• Communicate deficiencies and recommended repairs to customers and Eagle Fire team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Eagle Fire professionally.
• Travel as required and support other technicians as assigned.
