Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Service/Inspection Technician to join our fire business unit in Atlanta, GA. You will service, test, and inspect fire alarm systems and related equipment to ensure reliability and safety for our customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of installing or servicing burglar/fire alarm, CCTV, or access control systems, and a valid driver's license. This is an on-site, full-time position emphasizing safety, quality, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience in installing or servicing burglar alarm, fire alarm, CCTV, and/or access control systems.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Service, program, test, and inspect Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ensure equipment is functional and operational.
• Diagnose causes of problems or failures for repair.
• Replace system components as assigned; panels, alarms, etc.
• Provide technical support to Customers including remote diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Coordinate with Manager and dispatcher to complete service and work orders efficiently.
• Inform dispatcher/manager of service status.
