Qualifications

• Massachusetts Class D Systems Technician License required.
• Could read and interpret fire alarm drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Minimum 3 years' experience inspecting, servicing, or repairing commercial fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with MA fire and electrical codes and NFPA 72.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and testing of commercial fire alarm and life-safety systems.
• Inspect and test initiating devices, notification appliances, control panels, and related components.
• Troubleshoot faults, programming issues, and defective devices to restore system operation.
• Complete detailed inspection reports and customer signoffs.
