We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical field support and service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, conducting on-site installations and repairs, and providing ongoing training for customer personnel.

We offer an advancement plan, subsidize 82.5% of your medical benefits, and provide other benefits available for purchase such as vision and dental. New hires start with 15 days of PTO beginning January 1, prorated before then, with PTO increasing based on years of service. Employees are also paid for 10 company holidays.

The Fire Alarm Technician's responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with contractors for fire alarm system installations.
2. Perform system commissioning, including loading software and implementing modifications.
3. Conduct testing and inspections under maintenance agreements.
4. Troubleshoot and repair network hardware and software issues.
5. Identify code and non-conformance issues.
6. Make recommendations for system installations and service contracts.
7. Generate detailed daily reports on activities using company software.
8. Support emergency on-call assignments based on a rotational schedule.

Compensation: $24-$40 hourly wage
