We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical field support and service to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, conducting on-site installations and repairs, as well as ongoing training for customer personnel. We offer an advancement plan, subsidize 82.5% of your medical benefits, and provide other benefits available for purchase (vision, dental, etc.). New hires start with 15 days of PTO beginning January 1, prorated before that date. PTO increases with years of service. Employees are paid for 10 company holidays. The Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for:

• Coordinating with contractors during fire alarm system installations
• Performing system commissioning, including loading software and implementing modifications
• Testing and inspecting fire alarm systems under maintenance agreements
• Troubleshooting and repairing network hardware and software issues
• Identifying code and non-conformance issues
• Making recommendations for system installations and service contracts
• Generating detailed daily reports on activities using company software
• Supporting emergency on-call assignments on a rotational schedule
• Supporting 2nd & 3rd shift work

Compensation: $24-$40 hourly wage
