Job description

Join to apply for the Fire Alarm Technician (Eastern New Mexico) role at Firetrol Protection Systems.

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking skilled Fire Alarm Technicians to join our team of over 900 fire protection professionals. This position is remote for the Eastern New Mexico area, with communication and reporting to the Lubbock, TX district office.

Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience, training, or education in inspection, installation, maintenance, programming, and repair of fire alarm and detection systems.
  • Experience or training with various fire alarm and life safety systems.
  • Ability to work in diverse settings including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government facilities.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain the State of New Mexico ES-3J Low Voltage Electrician’s License.
  • Preferred but not required: experience with Nurse Call Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Security/Access Control Systems, and PA Systems.
