Job summary

CSI is seeking skilled Fire Alarm Service Technicians and Inspectors to join our team in Arlington, TX. The role involves inspecting, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems, with opportunities to program systems and work with low voltage electronics.

Candidates must have a Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) and at least 3 years of experience. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fire Alarm/Low Voltage industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with industry equipment and MS Office.
• Excellent communications skills with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and inspect on fire alarm systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service requests; troubleshoot and repair system equipment.
• Possess ability to program fire alarm systems or experience with low voltage systems (fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, CCTV).
• Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and manuals; interpret technical documents.
• Assist customers on site and communicate project status to management; complete required paperwork.
