Expect collaboration with building owners, on-site support, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in the Fire Alarm/Low Voltage field, a valid Texas driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background and driving record checks as required.
• Proficient with industry equipment including MS Office.
• Excellent communications skills and tact when dealing with customers.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Minimum of 3 years in Fire Alarm/Low Voltage industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspectors perform inspections, testing and some repairs on fire alarm systems.
• Service technicians respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Program fire alarm systems or work with low voltage systems (fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, CCTV).
• Research alternatives to resolve problems and communicate status to management.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals; assist customers on site.
• Complete company paperwork and maintain good communications with clients and contractors.
