Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to perform inspections, installations, and service on fire alarm devices and suppression systems. You will read schematics, coordinate with departments, and meet weekly service goals as part of a safety‑minded team.

Texas FAL licensed technicians with NICET training are preferred; candidate must be able to work independently, lift equipment, and use diagnostic tools while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate solid customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and NFPA references is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile apps used for field work.
• Willingness to learn, train, and obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and service a variety of fire alarm devices and suppression systems.
• Read data sheets and blueprints, coordinate with departments and agencies.
• Meet weekly service and productivity goals while maintaining safety.
• Keep the service vehicle stocked and organized for efficient work.
