Qualifications

• Five+ years in testing and servicing fire alarm systems.
• Experience with access control and CCTV is a plus.
• Background as apprentice electrician or low voltage technician.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and schematics.
• Supervise installation to meet customer specifications.
• Install and service fire alarm systems, including wiring and panel programming.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment; provide efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate time sheets, service/installation tickets, and inventory records.
• Adhere to safety programs and company policies.
• Traveling to customer sites as required.
