Job summary

International Fire Protection (IFP) in Orlando, FL is seeking a Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspector to perform testing and inspection of life safety systems and provide detailed reports.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years in the industry, Florida certifications, and NICET Level I–III where required. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are needed. Benefits include bonus, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience required.
• State of Florida certifications required.
• NICET Level I, II or III certification required for fire alarm testing and inspection and water-based testing/inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports with documentation of findings.
• Maintain and coordinate with Inspection Coordinator on scheduling and scope.
• Stay current with NFPA standards and state codes.
• Assist in selling IFP services for identified deficiencies.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicle in good order.
