Job summary

W3Global in South Florida is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to repair and service fire alarm systems on-site and ensure code-compliant operation of buildings. You will diagnose issues, fix faults, and work on various panel brands.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on problem-solving skills, familiarity with common alarm systems, and the ability to work on-call with overtime as needed. A steady 40-hour workweek and local employment opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a service technician in fire protection.
• Experience or certification with major panel brands listed.
• Strong knowledge of building and fire codes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Repair fire alarm systems and service issues on-site.
• Service and replace devices (pull stations, horns, strobes, detectors, panels).
• Diagnose equipment and troubleshoot faults.
• Participate in on-call rotation with overtime pay for on-call time.
• Fire alarm programming experience is a plus.
