Job summary

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician in Daytona Beach, FL for DynaFire, LLC. The role entails performing service calls, installing DynaNet, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, dependable, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a two-year electronics degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• The Fire Alarm Systems Technician shall possess a two-year electronics degree or equivalent combination of education and related field experience. A working knowledge of computers and communications systems is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service issues and communicates effectively with customers.
• Communicate DynaFire's scope of work to all parties involved to ensure timely completion.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems and ensure compliance with industry codes.
• Hand and computer program fire alarm panels installed by DynaFire.
• Adhere to DynaFire policies and procedures.
• Train and instruct customers on equipment use.
• Operate the listed test equipment: Volt Meter, Ohm Meter, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Tone Generator, Battery Tester.
