DynaFire, LLC is seeking a DynaNet Technician to install and maintain DynaNet systems and perform fire alarm service calls as needed. The ideal candidate will solve problems with excellent customer service and ensure high-quality installations in a safe work environment.

You will operate, test, and program fire alarm systems, communicate requirements clearly, and uphold industry codes and standards. A strong knowledge of tools and safety practices is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Two-year electronics degree or at least 1 year of related field experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and communications systems preferred but not required.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Employee must have a means of communicating via ISP for VPN connection.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customer's service related issues promptly and manages interactions with customers.
• Communicates needs required to complete DynaFire's scope to all responsible parties.
• Operates, tests, troubleshoots, and programs fire alarm systems to meet codes.
• Hand and program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
• Trains and instructs the customer on proper use of the equipment.
• Familiar with construction tools: ladders, scissor lifts, hand tools, power tools, cordless tools, cutting tools, wire pulling devices and fastening systems.
• Maintains full compliance with DynaFire's and customer's safety program.
