Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and assist with cable, device, and head-end installations.
2. Perform programming of systems both offsite and onsite.
3. Test and commission installed systems with relevant authorities.
4. Install and troubleshoot fire alarm control equipment.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Inspect, service, and repair systems as needed.
7. Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum one year of fire alarm experience.
2. Experience with Notifier and Fire-Lite brands preferred.
3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
4. NICET II certification preferred.
5. Denver Journeyman's Fire Alarm license preferred.
6. Experience with complex fire alarm systems is a plus.
7. Technical skills are required.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily.
9. Weekend standby rotation required.
