Position Overview

This role reports to the Fire Alarm Manager or designated Agent. Responsibilities include inspecting and servicing fire alarm systems professionally and efficiently, meeting weekly service and productivity goals, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage time effectively to maximize service and inspections while ensuring quality
  • Achieve weekly productivity goals
  • Learn fire protection codes and obtain relevant licensing
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicle cleanliness
  • Follow safety procedures and policies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Applicable licensing and certification per local codes
  • Texas Fire Alarm (FAL) certification required
  • Ability to learn installation, inspection, and servicing codes
  • Participation in on-call rotation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fire protection or related customer service roles
  • Background as a licensed electrician or in fire alarm systems
  • Willingness to obtain NICET and other relevant certifications
