Responsibilities

1. Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions
2. Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, fire pumps)
3. Follow troubleshooting procedures and reference technical manuals
4. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and schematics
5. Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction
6. Complete service acknowledgements electronically with proper coding and signatures
7. Participate in scheduled on-call rotations
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Recommended 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler/suppression industry
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manuals
• Physical ability to carry equipment up to 70 lbs and work in difficult positions
• Flexible hours including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
