The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to perform inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards. The role offers hourly pay from $30.00 to $40.00 and involves on-site work across our service areas.

Key duties include detailed reporting, troubleshooting, and timely response to service calls. You will document findings using the ServiceTrade platform and coordinate with teams to prepare repair estimates, ensuring

Qualifications

Inspections, testing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
Ability to read NFPA codes and standards.

Responsabilités

Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm components including control panels, detectors, horns, strobes and annunciators.
Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and deficiencies.
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform repairs to restore functionality.
Respond to service calls and emergencies, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance to prolong system life and minimize downtime.
Document all service activities in the ServiceTrade platform.
Coordinate with teams to prepare repair estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Interact professionally with clients to schedule work and discuss findings.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment following procedures.
