Ideal candidates will perform routine inspections, document findings, and collaborate with teams to schedule and complete repairs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Inspect routine components and test to verify proper operation of fire alarm systems (control panels, detectors, horns, strobes, annunciators).
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, test results, and deficiencies in line with NFPA codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs on wiring, circuitry, devices, and software.
• Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to restore system functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning, calibration, and battery replacement to extend system life.
• Document all service activities using the ServiceTrade platform, including reports, work orders, parts usage and notes.
• Coordinate with Deficiency Sellers to provide inspection reports, material needs and repair estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Interact with clients to schedule work, discuss findings and advise on upgrades or improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators to optimize work orders, material requisitions and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
