Summit Fire & Security is hiring a Fire Alarm & Security Technician to install, troubleshoot, service and repair fire alarm and life safety systems across customer sites. The role requires using diagnostic tools, programming and following safety policies.

This position involves 90% local travel and on-call duties as needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2 years of Fire Life Safety experience; NICET certification is preferred.

Formación

• 2 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience required.
• 2 years of professional computer skills preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair fire alarm and security systems.
• Use required tools and test equipment to repair components.
• Follow safety procedures and document work orders.
• Travel locally up to 90% of the time and be on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with customers and monitoring companies professionally.
