Job summary

Wachter is seeking a Fire Alarm/Intrusion/Access Control Service Technician to support installations and service across multiple retail locations in the United States.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated with field installation experience in security environments and hold Florida FASA/BASA certifications. NICET is preferred; valid driver’s license and travel readiness are required. Orientation in Lowell, Arkansas is mandatory, with a company vehicle provided after completion.

Qualifications

• Florida FASA and BASA certifications required.
• Field installation experience in Fire Alarm, Intrusion, Access Control.
• NICET certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-installation opportunities by designing and planning technical solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair cabling systems and equipment for IP Video, Access Control, Intrusion, LAN/WAN.
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls.
• Test and ensure systems comply with codes and contractual requirements.
• Provide on-site and remote technical escalation support as needed.
• Attend mandatory orientation in Lowell, Arkansas; company vehicle provided after orientation.
