Job summary

ABcom seeks a Fire Alarm/Security Project Manager specializing in low voltage construction. You will act as the primary client contact and drive project execution, budgets, and schedules across diverse NW projects.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, changes, and subcontractor coordination, with a focus on client satisfaction and on-time delivery. Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office is required for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in the low voltage construction industry ideal.
• Ability to construct structured cabling, security, fire alarm, or other low voltage systems.
• Basic understanding of construction costs, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; basic Bluebeam capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers (GC, Owner) and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee security products or fire alarm solutions and project execution.
• Manage project baseline schedules, labor/materials, and changes.
• Review contracts, negotiate with contractors/subcontractors, and track progress.
• Report weekly on project financials to keep within budget and schedule.
