Advantage Interests Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to serve as the key liaison between customers, design/engineering, field operations, and leadership. You will ensure seamless project delivery from award to turnover, while maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, permit coordination, and overseeing installations to NFPA codes. The role requires 3+ years of experience and strong leadership combined with excellent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial fire alarm projects.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and AHJ processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proven track record managing budgets and schedules across multiple projects.
• NICET certification preferred or actively pursued.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, specs, and scope of work for fire alarm projects.
• Develop detailed schedules, manpower plans, and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate with design/engineering, purchasing, fabrication and field teams.
• Secure permits, coordinate inspections, and manage submittals/approvals.
• Manage all phases of fire alarm system installations and ensure NFPA compliance.
• Provide leadership to field crews and ensure quality and safety.
