Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire protection or life-safety industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and meet revenue targets.

Other duties may be assigned.Lead, coach, and manage a team of fire alarm sales representatives.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including service, retrofit, and construction projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and engineers.Collaborate with estimating, design, and project management teams to support proposals and bids.Monitor sales metrics, pipelines, and team performance; provide regular reports to leadership.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking to enhance brand visibility.Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.Estimate large projects including fixed price service as required for projects ranging from $100k-$1M.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred and 5+ years of sales experience, including leadership or management role; fire protection or life safety industry experience strongly preferred.Century Fire Protection is one of the largest and most successful full-service fire protection companies based in the Southeast and we are still growing!
