Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our security installations team in Riverside, CA. You will lead complex projects from conception to completion, coordinating field technicians and installers, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

This role requires 5+ years in field installation and strong written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and networking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field installation experience and overseeing field techs.
• Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
• Reading and interpreting construction plans.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes.
• Knowledge of installation of Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control.
• Proficient in MS Office along with some Networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of complex projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate field technicians and installers and ensure project milestones are met.
• Travel to local commercial sites during working hours.
