Pye-Barker Fire & Safety seeks a Project Manager to organize and lead complex fire, life safety, and security projects in the New Jersey area. You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, and ensure on‑time delivery with adherence to specifications and safety regulations.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience and strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, including CAD and 3D modeling.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of related project management experience.
• PMP/PgMP/CAPM or similar certifications are desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects meet timelines and specifications.
• Delegate work based on expertise, experience, and time constraints.
• Lead interdepartmental teams to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Outline project tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
• Conduct cost analysis and estimate project costs.
• Prepare and manage project budgets based on estimates.
• Conduct risk assessments and report risks with mitigation recommendations.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams as a liaison.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to train and promote new projects and systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations.
• Submit drawings for AHJ approval and participate in development meetings.
• Review and revise CAD drawings and 3D models; incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay current with advances in materials and software technologies.
