Qualificações

• OSHA 10 certification required for site safety.

• Experience wiring, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and assist team to promote safety-first culture and efficient project completion.
• Follow detailed plans and fire alarm drawings, including riser diagrams, to complete tasks accurately.
• Wire and install fire alarm systems according to manufacturer documents.
• Commission small fire alarm projects and assist with NFPA commissioning paperwork.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of fire alarm equipment and installations.
• Assist with annual, semi-annual, and visual inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily paperwork, material orders, and as-built drawings/records.
• Maintain clear, concise communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Be receptive to feedback and continuously improve safety and quality practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily paperwork, generate material orders, and help produce precise as-built drawings and records.

• Be receptive to feedback and continuously improve work quality and safety practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Completion of 10 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours annually.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Strong understanding of basic fire alarm installations and NFPA 72 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret fire alarm drawings, riser diagrams, and manufacturer technical documents.
• Experience commissioning fire alarm systems and completing related paperwork.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot fire alarm equipment and installations effectively.
